All sales are final. We don't offer refunds to the original form of payment. Returns are accepted for store credit only — and the rules are the same every time.

Returns are straightforward — but the conditions are firm. We built the policy to be easy to understand and consistent to enforce.

  • 01Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • 02Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • 03Items returned outside this window are not eligible for credit.

Credit that

Approved returns are issued as store credit. There's no clock running on it — use it whenever the right drop comes around.

  • Store credit does not expire.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
The right drop will come. Your credit will be there when it does.

Prices are set.
Full stop.

The drop pricing model is built on clarity and consistency. Once a price is shown, it's the price.

  • 01Prices do not adjust during or after a drop.
  • 02No price matching or retroactive adjustments are offered.

Shipping is
your responsibility.

  • 01Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • 02Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
