the product.

Every drop runs inside a fixed 72-hour window. What's available during the window is all there is. When it closes, it's over.

In your cart
isn't yours yet.

Inventory is only guaranteed once checkout is complete. Adding to cart holds nothing — the drop moves in real time.

• 03Items left in cart at window close are released.

Prices move
one direction.

Pricing increases as the window progresses. The price at the moment you complete checkout is your price — locked in, final, not subject to adjustment.

• Prices may change during the active window.
• Prices are final at the time of purchase.
• No price matching or retroactive adjustments are offered.

All sales
are final.

We don't offer refunds to the original form of payment. Returns are accepted for store credit only, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Store Credit policy.

Ships within 7 calendar
days of drop close.

Fulfillment begins after the drop window closes. All orders from a drop ship together on the same schedule.

Your order is
your responsibility.

Review size, pattern, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Orders don't
get canceled.

The drop model doesn't accommodate cancellations. Once the window closes, fulfillment begins — there's no mechanism to pull an order back.

The Outro operates on fixed rules designed for clarity and consistency. The structure works because it doesn't bend.
